Volunteer with us

If you want to contribute in a way that feels real and human, we'd love to have you. Come be a part of what we're building.

Inclusion Starts with you

Volunteers are essential to what happens at PUPA Center. When you show up, you're directly helping neurodivergent adults build skills, gain confidence, and work toward real independence. Maybe you're assisting in a vocational workshop, helping with daily programming, or supporting us behind the scenes. Whatever you do, it matters.

This isn't about clocking hours. It's about showing up as a real person in a space that values genuine connection. You'll meet people whose stories will stay with you. You'll see growth that doesn't always happen in straight lines, but absolutely happens.

We'll make sure you're ready. You'll get training, ongoing support, and a team that understands this work because they're in it with you. And honestly, most volunteers tell us they get as much as they give. You learn things about resilience, about different ways of seeing the world, about what inclusion actually looks like in practice.
